What design software do you use?
Adobe Creative Cloud. Wordpress. Microsoft Office and many more.
How do I brief you?
Onboarding allocates you your own Trello job board. You fill in the card(s), tell us what you need and add any
assets / references / styleguides / likes and dislikes you would like us to take into account to the job.
How many revisions do you allow?
We want you to be happy. Only 1 or 2 revisions are usually needed, but our subscribers can have as many as they
like.
Do you work with small clients?
Yes - we love helping Startups and any small business that has a need for high quality design.
Do you work with big clients?
We provide Creative Services at scale for large clients - so yes. We are experienced with global brands and local
brands and have the capacity to scale up or down as needed by our clients. We also offer specialised services
such as AA Compliance document remediation, image solutions for eCommerce and much much more.
What is your refund policy?
Our work is created specifically for our clients. When we invest time we can’t get that back and use it elsewhere. As
a result we do not offer refunds. Don’t forget though that you can pause partway through a period and then
resume later when our services are needed again. You can also cancel at any time but continue to work with us
until your current plan finishes, or pause the balance.
Why not just hire a full time designer?
The process of hiring, outfitting and managing a full time designer is not to be taken lightly. On average a Senior
Designer who can deliver the quality of work that we do, will cost 2 to 3 times what we do. Plus you can’t ask a full
time designer to ‘pause’ when you need to take a break. Speed to market is also a huge advantage that we offer
compared to hiring and getting someone up to speed in-house. artflo is less expensive, faster and higher quality -
a no-brainer.
